These terms cover your use of Graffiti Games Agent, a service from Graffiti Games Inc. (“Graffiti Games”, “we”). By using it, you agree to them.

What the agent is

The agent analyzes the public information on a Steam store page and gives you a score, findings and suggested edits based on Graffiti Games’ publishing playbook. Reports are generated by AI. They’re editorial guidance, not a guarantee of sales, wishlists, featuring or a publishing deal.

Using the agent doesn’t submit your game to our publishing team and doesn’t create a publishing relationship.

Free previews and full reports

• The free preview shows your score and top findings. Free previews are limited to prevent abuse.
• A full report is a one-time purchase for one analysis of one game, at the price shown at checkout. It isn’t a subscription. Full reports are currently sold by Mintplay Technologies Inc., which appears as the seller at checkout, and Stripe processes the payment.
• You don’t need an account to buy. Your report opens in the browser you bought it in, and on any device when you sign in with the email you used at checkout.

Your use

• Only analyze pages you’re allowed to, and don’t try to overload, scrape or get around limits on the service.
• You can use your report however you like for your own game.
• The agent, its playbook and the report format remain ours.

Liability

The agent is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the report involved.
